- Comprender la rentabilidad de cada canal para maximizar los ingresos netos.
- Adopción y cumplimiento de la estrategia general de precios incluyendo todos los segmentos del mercado y canales de distribución.
- Gestión y desarrollo diario de las plataformas tecnológicas (Ideas G3, herramientas BI, etc.).
- Superar los objetivos de ingresos y cuota de mercado, adoptando herramientas, procesos, sistemas y mecanismos de información para maximizar la posición del índice "RevPAR" y, por tanto, el rendimiento de los hoteles.
Requisitos: Más de 5 años en un puesto de Revenue Manager.
Licenciatura: se prefiere la especialización en dirección de empresas.
Fuertes habilidades informáticas, especialmente Excel.
Familiarizado con las herramientas revenue management (RMS, Channel Managers, OTA Insight, PMS, etc.).
Alto nivel de inglés y español hablado y escrito.
Proactivo, entusiasta, comprometido, y buen trabajador en equipo, con actitud positiva que busca oportunidades para mejorar su desempeño y el de los demás.
Debe poseer excelentes habilidades aritméticas, pasión por los números y habilidades de organización, con la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión mientras prioriza y delega tareas de manera efectiva.
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y alta atención al detalle.
