GLOBAL HR MANAGER
BARCELONA
Multinacional del sector de Gran Consumo. Busca incorporar un Global HR Manager. La persona será la responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia de Relaciones laborales de la compañía. Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento legal, la aplicación de los procesos de RRHH y las políticas de la compañía en los diferentes países en que opera, a través de los equipos locales liderados por los HR Managers, en coordinación con los HRBPs de cada función.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento en materia laboral según la legislación de los diferentes países
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de Relaciones Laborales adaptada al contexto y necesidades específicas de cada país
- Representación de APC antes las Autoridades Judiciales y Administrativas de los países
- Definir las diferentes políticas en materia socio-laboral a nível global y su adaptación a los países
- Coordinar el área de nóminas, administración laboral y fiscal de los diferentes países, así como su reflejo en Contabilidad
- Coordinar la implementación de los procesos globales en cada país (on-boarding, off-boarding, comunicación interna local, selección de posiciones comprendidas en níveles 5-10)
- Preparación y gestión Budget de HR en su ámbito de competencia
- Colaborar con el área de Seguridad y Salud para la implantación de las medidas de Prevención de Riesgos y Cuidado de la Salud
- Selección de los proveedores en su ámbito de competencia en colaboración con otras funciones (ej: nóminas, seguros, beneficios, ETTs ), así como formalización de contratos con Entidades Colaboradoras ( ej: Universidades )
- Coordinación Parametrización Sistemas HR junto con C&B y IT
- Miembro permanente del Comité de Ética y Compliance
- Colaboración en Auditorías internas y externas en su ámbito de competencia
Posición en la organización
- Reporta jerárquicamente al CHRO.
- Los HR Managers de país (España, Francia, Italia y UK) le reportan
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência demostrable en el área socio laboral y administrativa de RRHH de al menos 15 años en España en compañías multinacionales. Se valorará experiência en gestión multi-pais
- Profundo conocimiento de la normativa socio laboral en España
- Voluntad de transformación
- Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia
- Proactividad, Flexibilidad, orientación a resultados
- Buen conocimiento de los análisis de datos y planificación
- Consistencia y asertividad
- Experiência en liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento
- Excelentes dotes organizativas y de motivación
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Titulación Superior
- Inglés fluido. Se valorará conocimiento de francés e italiano
- Conocimiento de herramientas digitales en su ámbito de competencia (Meta4, SAP )
