.SALES MANAGER - HVAC Applied ¿Cuál será tu Rol?Seleccionamos profesional para desarrollar una posición emocionante en un momento único de crecimiento en Johnson Controls, que permitirá a la persona que se incorpore en nuestro equipo desarrollar su potencial y experiencia en una compañía líder, ayudando a los clientes a lograr sus objetivos de sostenibilidad y ahorro energético.Reportando directamente al gerente de ventas regional de YORK HVAC, tu función será impulsar las ventas de equipos de YORK HVAC Applied (enfriadoras, bombas de calor, unidades terminales, unidades de tratamiento de aire, Rooftop, etc.) especialmente en los segmentos comercial y mediana/gran empresa a través de distribuidores, instaladores de HVAC y/o contratistas.Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar relaciones comerciales existentes con los clientes que tú y/o nosotros aportemos, a la par que desarrollas nuevo negocio en la región, contribuyendo a un crecimiento rentable tanto para nuestros socios de canal YORK como para JCI.¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?Formarás parte de un equipo multicultural, diverso y multidisciplinario, trabajando, sintiéndote y colaborando como un miembro más de nuestro One Team de JCI.Después de tu período inicial de capacitación e incorporación, como responsable de ventas/ingeniero de ventas estarás listo para operar de manera autónoma y centrada en el cliente.Colaborarás en la definición y contribuirás en la ejecución de la estrategia de ventas de YORK en consonancia con los planes de ventas anuales y en pro del logro de tus objetivos y metas individuales.Respaldado por las mejores herramientas de gestión y CRM, analizarás tu cartera de clientes y trabajarás para alinear sus necesidades con nuestros productos y servicios, desarrollando, apoyando y manteniendo relaciones de confianza con los socios de canal de YORK para impulsar su misión.Aprovecharás tu creatividad y la capacidad de construir nuevas relaciones para desarrollar y expandir aún más nuestra marca, mediante la identificación y prospección de nuevos socios y clientes, aprovechando la amplia cartera de productos y valor de la marca York.Tus habilidades de comunicación te ayudarán a ofrecer una experiencia positiva a nuestros clientes a lo largo de toda la cadena de valor, desde la promoción de nuestra propuesta de valor, al brindar soluciones comerciales y técnicas, al impulsar la especificación técnica de nuestros productos, la elaboración y seguimiento de ofertas y presupuestos, la capacitación en ventas y productos o el apoyo a las actividades de marketing y la generación de oportunidades de venta.Serás eco de las necesidades de los clientes, identificando y analizando las oportunidades de mercado, tendencias y competencia para, como miembro del equipo JCI, coordinar estos requisitos con otras disciplinas dentro de la organización.Con tu experiencia, dominarás el proceso y pronóstico de futuras operaciones así como la revisión y mantenimiento de los proyectos actuales
