What to Expect

What You'll Do
- Effectively manage and direct resources to fulfill dynamic and time-critical testing requirements and requests.
- Assist in maintaining a rigorous system of recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas.
- Ensure that all personnels are properly equipped to execute tests, working with crossfunctional teams as needed to maximize throughput.
- Dispatch and monitor active test vehicle fleet, minimize operational downtime.
- Frequently participates in active test executions and remain hands-on.
- Ensure quality data delivery to be on-schedule, including supporting ad-hoc requests and special operational requests.
- Maintain open and constant communication with direct reports, and quickly escalate any roadblocks.
- Ensure all aspects and areas of the ADAS team under the supervisor's responsibility are ready and equipped for testing, while maintaining strict oversight of testing plans and timelines

- Envíe y supervise la flota activa de vehículos de prueba, minimice el tiempo de inactividad operativo.
- Participa con frecuencia en ejecuciones de pruebas activas y sigue siendo práctico.
- Asegúrese de que la entrega de datos de calidad se realice según lo programado, incluido el soporte de solicitudes ad-hoc y solicitudes operativas especiales.
- Mantenga una comunicación abierta y constante con los subordinados directos y eleve rápidamente cualquier obstáculo.
- Asegúrese de que todos los aspectos y áreas del equipo ADAS bajo la responsabilidad del supervisor estén listos y equipados para las pruebas, mientras mantiene una estricta supervisión de los planes y plazos de las pruebas.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related fields, particularly vehicle/computer engineering, business administration, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of in-vehicle testing experience
- Familiarity with and a working understanding of ADAS technology, including sensors, onboard hardware/firmware.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiatives
- Command line interface experience is beneficial, as is comfort and familiarity with vehicle-interface technology.
- Familiarity/experience with basic vehicle diagnostic tools,
- Unwavering commitment to safety and security, maintaining a high standard for all the work performed within the supervisor's operational domain.
- Excellent communication skills, plus excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Requerimientos:

- Licenciatura (preferiblemente) o experiência laboral equivalente en campos relacionados, particularmente ingeniería de vehículos/informática, administración de empresas o similar.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en pruebas en vehículos
- Familiaridad y comprensión funcional de la tecnología ADAS, incluidos sensores, hardware/firmware integrado.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para tomar iniciativas.
- La experiência de la interfaz de línea de comandos es beneficiosa, al igual que la comodidad y la familiaridad con la tecnología de interfaz del vehículo.
- Familiaridad/experiência con herramientas básicas de diagnóstico de vehículos,
- Compromiso inquebrantable con la seguridad y la protección, manteniendo un alto estándar para todo el trabajo realizado dentro del dominio operativo del supervisor.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, además de un excelente dominio del inglés hablado y escrito.
