What to Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to accelerate our vehicle-level testing by supporting and coordinating local operations, assisting with troubleshooting and incident reporting as needed. This is an individual contributor role; you are still expected to perform testing regularly. (This role requires the flexibility of traveling to domestic or international destinations as necessary.)

Este es un rol de colaborador individual; todavía se espera que actúes probando regularmente. (Este rol requiere la flexibilidad de viajar a destinos nacionales o internacionales como necesario.)

What You'll Do
- Drive local training efforts to continuously.
- Support the data collection effort to improve vehicle performance.
- Provide real-time on-site support, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training to local staff on step changes between software iterations.
- Lead real-world testing according to test specifications, as well as providing ad-hoc support for business-critical tasks and other team needs.
- Analyze test data, triage software issues and abnormal vehicle behaviors using Tesla inhouse designed proprietary software tools.
- Communicate with developers and test engineers, be on-call for questions/comments if necessary.
- Maintain and document fleet conditions, coordinate repairs/retrofits as necessary.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Impulsar los esfuerzos de capacitación local de forma continua.
- Apoyar el esfuerzo de recopilación de datos para mejorar el rendimiento del vehículo.
- Proporcione soporte en el sitio en tiempo real, resolviendo de manera proactiva cualquier obstáculo para garantizar operaciones sin problemas.
- Proporcione capacitación al personal local sobre los cambios de pasos entre las iteraciones del software.
- Dirija las pruebas del mundo real de acuerdo con las especificaciones de las pruebas, además de brindar soporte ad-hoc para tareas críticas para el negocio y otras necesidades del equipo.
- Analice los datos de prueba, los problemas de software de clasificación y los comportamientos anormales del vehículo utilizando herramientas de software patentadas diseñadas internamente por Tesla.
- Comuníquese con desarrolladores e ingenieros de pruebas, esté disponible para preguntas/comentarios si es necesario. - Mantener y documentar las condiciones de la flota, coordinar las reparaciones/actualizaciones según sea necesario.

What You'll Bring
- Clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills, in particular a working knowledge and familiarity with MacOS, Linux, and Windows, as well as strong MS Office skills.
- Command Line Interface experience required.
- Fundamental understanding of ADAS and their sensors
- .Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and how they work, as well as strong troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Project management and/or fleet operations experiences preferred.

Requerimientos:

- Historial de manejo limpio y hábitos de manejo seguro.
- Excelente atención al detalle y habilidades de pensamiento crítico.
- Excelente inglés hablado y escrito.
- Fuertes habilidades informáticas, en particular un conocimiento práctico y familiaridad con MacOS, Linux y Windows, así como fuertes habilidades de MS Office.
- Se requiere experiência en interfaz de línea de comandos.
- Comprensión fundamental de ADAS y sus sensores.
- Se prefiere un gran conocimiento de los sistemas de vehículos eléctricos y cómo funcionan, así como fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo extremadamente rápido.
- Se prefiere experiência en gestión de proyectos y/o operaciones de flotas.
