.Duetto is seeking an experienced marketing manager to support our go-to-market activities in the EMEA region.High-level responsibilities:Develop and drive the EMEA marketing plan in collaboration with Sales, the global demand generation team, and other stakeholders.Manage marketing plan execution, working with colleagues in events, digital marketing, content, and creative, to ensure all of the elements necessary to execute marketing programs are in place.Support promotion and execution of all owned and third-party events that Duetto participates in.Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and the marketing organization.Provide ongoing communications to sales reps and leaders about marketing campaigns and results.Build standard checklists and processes for repeatable sales and marketing activities, such as webinars, customer events, and ABM campaigns.Establish and track campaign success metrics and evaluate marketing performance based on outcomes and pre-set KPIs against all marketing activities.Work across the team to gain a mastery of our target markets and lead qualification criteria.Utilize data to make informed decisions and create an EMEA wide strategyTranslate the global marketing initiatives into projects that are relevant to EMEA marketsRepresent Duetto at industry events.About You3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software marketing or a transferable marketing fieldExperience in the hotel / hospitality industry is highly preferredExperience in a range of marketing disciplines and delivery channels including digital, design, social, partner, customer, product and events.Desirable: Experience with our Marketing Stack: Sendoso, ReachDesk, Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Asana.Analytical and strategic with the ability to deliver localised marketing plans by regionCreative both in concepts and ideas and in approach to business and project managementHighly organized - if you love to keep things organized, this is the job for youExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid track record of being able to manage communications across multiple stakeholders and at various levels in an organization.Experience in a start-up environment.Team Player: You are highly collaborative and can lead across functions and in matrixed organizations.Creativity: You thrive in an environment without a set playbook and are excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program.Low ego, high EQ, and high intellectual curiosity.You love the travel industry - hospitality is in your DNALanguage skills: English required, French, Spanish, German or Italian desirableAbout Duetto:Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
