It's a great place for a coffee or snack or a private dinner.A gorgeous rooftop swimming pool, "Rainforest" 360° Rooftop Bar, cozy courtyard, modulable meeting space, and unique two-story waterfall complete an exclusive relaxing package, making it easy to escape the busy city anywhere at the hotel.Job DescriptionAs the Sales Manager specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of event spaces and accommodations for corporate meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.Reporting to the Director of Sales, MICE, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract MICE business and achieve revenue targets. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders. Understand their needs, preferences, and objectives to tailor offerings and provide personalized solutions that exceed expectations.Collaborate closely with Sales and F&B team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of MICE events. Provide support and guidance throughout the planning process to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each MICE event. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings and negotiate terms to secure profitable business.Monitor competitors' MICE rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge.Fully responsible for MICE accounts, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts.Update management on VIP MICE arrivals and ensure meet and greet arrangements are in place.Implement pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability for MICE events
