Ingcoph is a leading company in the retail industry, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Development Manager.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation of partner stores while taking ownership of reaching sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to remotely supervise a team of salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of regional sales targets by orienting, training, and guiding company partners.
  • Communicate job expectations to ASM by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing sales targets.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for ASM in support of national objectives.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine regional sales system improvements, and implement change when necessary.
  • Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a field equivalent.
  • Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications, and people management skills.
  • With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated.
