Regional Sales Manager

Actualmente estamos buscando un Jefe Regional de Ventas para importante big pharma en la zona centro, especializado en productos retail.
El candidato ideal será responsable de liderar y desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas para maximizar el rendimiento de nuestro equipo de ventas y alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Responsabilidades: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas regionales para lograr los objetivos de ventas.
Supervisar y gestionar el rendimiento del equipo de ventas regional, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión de mercado dentro de la región.
Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y socios comerciales.
Analizar las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para ajustar las estrategias de ventas.
Capacitar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo de ventas para mejorar su rendimiento y productividad.
Realizar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de ventas y proporcionar retroalimentación a la alta dirección.
Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing y logística, para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente y efectivo.
Requisitos: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ciencias de la Salud o un campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente con productos retail.
Experiencia demostrable en gestión de equipos de ventas y desarrollo de estrategias de ventas exitosas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en información.
Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región asignada.
