Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.Position OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager for Radiometer Iberica is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and coaching a sales team in order to grow and expand our direct sales and profit margins within assigned regions on products or services. The RSM is also responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers. This position is part of the Radiometer Iberica Sales Department; the areas to cover willbe Andalusia, Galicia, and Portugal.You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the General Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
