Sales Manager Off Trade

Desde Morgan Philips Executive Search buscamos un/a Sales Manager Off Trade para liderar el equipo de ventas y gestionar las relaciones comerciales con los principales retailers nacionales en el sector FMCG y Canal Perfumería.
**Sus principales funciones serán**:
**Gestión de Cuentas Clave**: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los principales retailers nacionales, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y maximizando las ventas en estos canales.
**Desarrollo de Estrategias Comerciales**: Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias efectivas de ventas y promociones que impulsen el crecimiento de la marca en el mercado masivo.
**Negociación y Cierre de Acuerdos**: Liderar las negociaciones de precios, términos y condiciones con los clientes, asegurando acuerdos rentables y sostenibles para ambas partes.
**Análisis de Mercado**: Monitorear de cerca las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y el rendimiento de los productos, utilizando esta información para tomar decisiones comerciales informadas.
**Coordinación Interna**: Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos internos, como producción, logística y finanzas, para garantizar una ejecución efectiva de las estrategias comerciales y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
**Gestión de Equipos**: Supervisar y liderar un equipo de ventas, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para impulsar el rendimiento individual y colectivo.
Experiência demostrada como Sales Manager en el sector FMCG, con un enfoque y una sólida cartera de clientes en grandes retailers nacionales.
Adicionalmente, se valorará que aporte experiência en la gestión del canal de perfumería.
Nível de inglés C1 o superior, con habilidades sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Excelentes habilidades de negociación y capacidad para cerrar acuerdos exitosos.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y orientación a resultados, con la capacidad de interpretar datos y tendencias del mercado.
Capacidad probada para liderar y motivar equipos de ventas, impulsando un alto rendimiento y una cultura de trabajo colaborativo.
