We are seeking an experienced Content & Communication Marketing Specialist to join our team at PayFit Spain. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our content marketing strategy and enhancing our brand narrative to resonate with small and medium businesses in the Spanish market.
About the Role: As a Content & Communication Marketing Specialist, your mission is to develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy that boosts brand awareness, generates demand, and drives revenue. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will create high-quality, engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience and strengthens our brand presence.
Your Missions: Strategic Content Leadership: Lead the development and execution of PayFit Spain's content marketing editorial strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions among small and medium businesses (PYMEs).Website Content Management: Collaborate with the global website team to create, localize, and maintain engaging content on the PayFit Spain website, optimizing it as our primary digital showroom.Campaign Execution: Design and implement local marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content nurturing strategies, to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and demo requests.Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the global growth team to create and localize performance marketing assets and copy, ensuring alignment with global strategies.Premium Content Development: Research, write, and update premium content such as e-books, guides, and checklists to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts.Blog and Editorial Planning: Lead the planning of blog content, mapping topics and formats that increase user engagement and top-of-funnel growth.Customer Communication Management: Direct customer communications through email marketing, including upselling, pricing campaigns, and newsletters.Social Media Strategy: Support and localize global social media strategies, tailoring them to the Spanish market through strategic local calendarization.Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in developing content assets and communications for new PayFit features, ensuring relevance and localization for the Spanish market.Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on content and social media performance to track the impact on MQL generation, conversion, and growth.This Job is tailored for you if… You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.You are an exceptional communicator in both Spanish and English.You have strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.You have demonstrated success in driving traffic and revenue through content marketing.You are a creative thinker with a proactive, self-starter approach.Ideally, you have experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot and design tools such as Figma.We are meant to work together if… You are a true team player who wants to build a great success story with us.You speak both Spanish and English fluently and want to work in an international and dynamic environment.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.You are eager to learn, improve, and take on responsibilities.What we offer Flexibility: We believe that to produce your best work and to be fulfilled, you should be free to choose what working arrangements suit you best.
