About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content and Communications Marketing Specialist to join our team at PayFit España.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust content marketing strategy that boosts brand awareness, generates demand, and drives revenue.

Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will create high-quality, engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of PayFit España's content marketing editorial strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions among small and medium businesses (PYMEs)
  • Collaborate with the global website team to create, localize, and maintain engaging content on the PayFit España website, optimizing it as our primary digital showroom
  • Design and implement local marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content nurturing strategies, to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and demo requests
  • Work closely with the global growth team to create and localize performance marketing assets and copy, ensuring alignment with global strategies
  • Research, write, and update premium content such as e-books, guides, and checklists to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts
  • Lead the planning of blog content, mapping topics and formats that increase user engagement and top-of-funnel growth
  • Direct customer communications through email marketing, including upselling, pricing campaigns, and newsletters
  • Support and localize global social media strategies, tailoring them to the Spanish market through strategic local calendarization
  • Assist in developing content assets and communications for new PayFit features, ensuring relevance and localization for the Spanish market
  • Analyze and report on content and social media performance to track the impact on MQL generation, conversion, and growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving traffic and revenue through content marketing
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, self-starter approach
  • Ideal experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot and design tools such as Figma
