The Role

We're seeking an experienced Content Marketing Executive to join our Organic Growth Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives revenue growth for TravelPerk.

You'll work closely with our Content Marketing Operations Manager, SEO team, and wider marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that increases brand awareness, drives website traffic, and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Organic Growth Marketing Team to deliver and publish new blog articles, guides, and translations that promote our product and attract new customers.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers, ensure they are paid on time, and that we deliver new content within budget.
  • Work with the design team, developers, and other content creators to produce content that enhances the impact of our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Native or near-native level of English.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools like WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, StoryBlok, and Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of content marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, quick to learn new ones, and confident in making data-driven decisions.
