Job Description This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Content Producer / Marketing Specialist to join the 180ops Brand team.
You will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing our content and marketing strategy.
Your tasks will include producing engaging content in various formats, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing results to improve engagement.
Working closely with the Brand Lead, you will contribute to refining our brand presence across multiple platforms and ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Requirements 2-4 years of experience in marketing and content creation, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
Proven ability to create diverse content (copy, visuals, video, audio) for various communication channels (website, social media, ads, events, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google and LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT, Figma, MS Office, and Notion.
Experience in B2B marketing, especially for C-level audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and refine campaigns.
Native or fluent English speaker, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
Previous startup experience is a plus.
Ability to work within the CET time zone.
