You would be welcomed to a dedicated and inclusive environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.Key Responsibilities:You'll be the guiding force, ensuring our projects hit their deadlines and budget targets.We value a positive and collaborative environment. You'll help foster that spirit by supporting our strike teams to shine.You'll collaborate closely with producers, programmers, designers, and other talented colleagues.You'll be the master of keeping things running smoothly This includes managing schedules, personnel, and utilizing project management tools to track progress and tasks.From the initial spark of an idea to the final polished content & features, you'll bring a deep understanding of the production process.Key Requirements:At least 3 years of experience working in game productionShipped at least one PC / Console game in a producer roleKnowledge of software development process, project management, and production processesUnderstanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in productionProficiency with JIRA or other planning tools (Excel Tracking)Proficiency with Confluence or other documentation toolsSolid knowledge with MS Office and/or Google Sheets, Slides, etc.Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative development environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking abilitiesMore bonus points if you:Are passionate about souls-like titles or games within the action RPG genreWorked on Unreal Engine gameWhat we offer:Attractive remuneration, holidays and social events.
