About us Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.
Since our conception in 2013, we have grown substantially and acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world's largest boating marketplace.
So far, we have opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.
Our headquarter is based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and our operational teams are located in Barcelona, in the vibrant neighborhood of Poblenou.

Context: Comprising 30 people divided into 4 main areas (Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Brand & Communication), the marketing team plays a crucial role in the success of Click&Boat, the world leader in boat rentals. Our ROI-driven marketing approach has allowed us to capture high-intent customers (via SEO, SEA) and ensure profitable growth. To continue expanding Click&Boat in 2025, we're focused on strengthening our brand strategy to consolidate our position and roll out a full-funnel global approach.
In this context, we are hiring a Social Media Manager - Content Producer to strengthen the Brand & Communication team.
Job description Team: You will join the Brand & Communication team and report directly to Marin, the Head of Brand and Communication. You will collaborate with 3 other Country Marketing Managers, 1 Communication & Influence Manager, and will be responsible for managing 1 intern.
Responsibilities: Your mission: increase the presence and visibility of Click&Boat throughout the year on social media organically, develop engaged communities, and contribute to converting them into users.
1) Development and implementation of Click&Boat's Social Media strategy (20%) Define Click&Boat's strategy on each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn): editorial line, content plan, tone of voice, etc. Collaborate with the Brand & Communication team and other Marketing teams (SEO, Acquisition, CRM) to align these strategies with Click&Boat's business and branding goals and support the annual marketing plan. 2) Content production, publishing management, and community management (60%) Imagine and produce engaging content for each platform, optimizing each format to maximize engagement and brand visibility. Produce content independently and/or collaborate with agencies and freelancers for visual content production (photo, video) and manage publications. Work daily with Country Marketing Managers and with the Com & Influence Specialist to support their plans with social media amplification tactics. Oversee Community Management and user engagement through comments, direct messages, and mentions. Coordinate with the Customer Care department on customer feedback. 3) Performance analysis and benchmarking (20%) Track and analyze the performance of published content (engagement, reach, conversions) and produce regular reports to optimize strategies. Identify market trends and platform developments, sharing best practices to support the team's growth in these areas. Workplace: The position is ideally based in Barcelona, with the option of being in Paris. Remote work: 2 days per week.

Preferred experience You have 3-5 years of experience in Social Media teams, including a proven successful experience in Social Media strategy definition and management. You are passionate about Social Media Marketing and you have a deep knowledge on how each platform's works and evolves, the innovations in this area, but also the general trends in pop culture. You have excellent skills in Content Creation: Strong storytelling, visual design, and video editing skills to produce engaging, on-brand content. You have a Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analytics tools to track performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies based on insights. You know how to ensure Brand Consistency: Ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice and style across all content, with creative copywriting skills to engage the target audience. You are a team player, ready to put your expertise and convictions in the service of the Marketing team. You are at ease in fast-paced and multicultural environment. You are perfectly fluent in English, speaking French is a plus. If you have experience in start-up or scale-up environments / in Marketplace or travel sectors / and you have a boating background, it's definitely a plus Start Date: As soon as possible
