Promotora y productora de eventos líder en el mercado español y con presencia a nível internacional, está en búsqueda de un Digital Marketing Manager para sus oficinas en Barcelona.

Director de Marketing
Funciones y responsabilidades
Diseñar estrategias en redes sociales para lograr los objetivos de cada proyecto
Gestionar las cuentas de redes sociales
Crear y ejecutar campañas continuas de comunicación y redes sociales en todos los canales de redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Tiktok, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) adaptando el contenido a las diferentes plataformas, audiencias, espectáculos y canales de la empresa.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo interno (Marketing, Contenido, Diseño, etc.) en campañas 360º.
Mantener un contacto constante con agencias externas, proponer mejorar, resolver incidencias, crear estrategias y estar actualizado del proceso de las campañas.
Gestionar los comentarios, mensajes y preguntas en las redes sociales.
Establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento para las campañas. Supervisar, seguir, analizar e informar sobre el rendimiento en las plataformas de medios sociales.
Propose and manage a budget for social media activities.

Experiência
Al menos 4 años de experiência como Social Media Manager o Community Manager, con conocimientos sobre estrategias digitales (SEM, SEO, Paid Media, etc.). Valorable tener experiência como ejecutivo de cuentas.
Fuertes conocimientos sobre "trends" en redes sociales
Experiência y conocimientos en campañas de Paid Media.
Habilidad para adaptarse a diferentes situaciones, entornos y estrategias.
Persona altamente creativa y pro activa, con conocimientos para crear campañas desde cero, para algún producto o para la empresa misma.
Formación
Grado en Marketing, Comunicación o derivados.
