Join us in a collaborative work environment focused on creating a fast and compliant money transfer structure.TasksCaiz is looking for a crypto and tech-savvy Business Developer to join our marketing/sales team. As our Business Developer, you will be instrumental in driving lead generation and business growth, playing a critical role in our market expansion and customer engagement. Collaborating with our technical and leadership teams, you will engage with clients, identify opportunities, and contribute to increasing our influencers and KOLs network. You will report and interface to the Director of Marketing.Responsibilities:- Create a prospect pipeline tailored for a segment to increase our influencer's network- Develop reporting metrics to provide transparency into prospect conversion efficiency and revenue generation. Experience with Hubspot is a plus- Liaise with marketing to generate more content and buzz to increase quality inbounds to the sales team- Project manage the creation of sales collateral to better aid the entire sales process- Partner with cross-functional teams to complete the task at hand, even in the face of blockers and challenges, with persistence and accountabilityRequirementsExperience:- 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Developer role- Mandatory experience in the crypto space, ideally already with your network of influencers to tap into- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably a business developer role for a crypto exchange, wallet, DeFi platform or layer 1-2.- The ideal candidate has worked with the following markets: Turkish, Indonesia, UAB, Germany, Nigeria, UK
