Desde Antal International para el sector Sales & Marketing estamos en búsqueda de Office Manager - Back Office – CEO Assistant para garantizar la eficiencia operativa de la empresa, brindando apoyo administrativo, RRHH y comercial a la alta dirección y al equipo, gestionando de manera efectiva las tareas diarias que se realizan en la oficina.Responsabilidades Principales:Realizar gestión contable y seguimiento de cierres contables junto con la gestoría.Solicitar facturas de compras y gestionar la facturación.Ser intermediaria/o entre los comerciales y Gestoría. Comunicar desplazamientos, comisiones, contratos, altas, bajas, etc.Enviar mensualmente informes de gastos de visas de projects a gestoría.Garantizar la provisión de recursos de oficina (café, resmas, material de librería, material limpieza, etc.).Organizar el calendario de vacaciones y descansos.Gestionar los onboardings de nuevos ingresos.Enviar mensualmente informes de fichajes, certificados bajas, etc.Actualizar presentaciones corporativas.Actualizar perfil de plataformas comerciales.Actualizar información de web.Cuando sea necesario, dar soporte y asistir a ferias para captar nuevos clientes.Implementar estrategias de captación de clientes a través de telemarketing y otros medios.Desarrollar estrategias de postventa y fidelización de clientes.Crear y mantener una base de datos de clientes, proveedores y fabricantes en CRM.Ser responsable interno de PRL, controlando las visitas médicas y manteniendo la documentación al día.Organizar cursos requeridos en la oficina para el cumplimiento normativo.Requisitos:Formación en administración de empresas, contabilidad, marketing y/o áreas relacionadas.Experiencia previa en roles administrativos, back office, RRHH y de apoyo comercial.Conocimientos del programa Zoho, Factorial o similar.Conocimientos en herramientas de CRM y software de gestión.#J-18808-Ljbffr
