HR Analytics Lab es un laboratorio de investigación e innovación en la gestión de recursos humanos. Su misión es aportar información con rigor para la toma de decisiones empresariales a través del uso del método científico.

Dentro de nuestra área de negocio de reclutamiento, estamos buscando Ad Tech para una importante empresa de programación y emisión de televisión.

**FUNCIONES Y TAREAS**
- Liderar proyectos digitales dentro de la dirección de Data en el sector de la publicidad de medios de comunicación
- Gestión económica de proveedores.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación: Grado en informática, ingeniería o similar.
- Certificaciones o estudios de postgrado en #Cloud, #bigdata, entorno programático y publicidad digital.
- Experiência en sector media.
- Nível alto de inglés. Se realizará prueba
- Al menos 3 años de experiência
- Experiência con Soluciones DMP/CDP, preferible Oracle Bluekai y CDP Permutive
- Conocimientos de adserving, preferiblemente Google AdManager
- Soluciones de publicidad digital y programática (DSPs y SSPs)
- Estrategia Cookieless
- Plataformas Cloud (deseable AWS)
- Soluciones Data Clean Rooms (deseable Infosum)
- Conocimientos Web (Html, Javascript, SQL, )
