Job Description SummaryWe are piloting a new Inside Sales organization within Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) Business Unit, which is a key pillar of our Commercial Excellence 2025 vision to better serve our small and medium accounts and accelerate our revenue growth.About the roleAs an inside sales representative you will play a fundamental role in increasing our customer base and reaching revenue growth objectives. You must be dedicated to spending time on the phone with prospective customers, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects in order to close deals.Main responsibilities will include:Source new opportunities and new customers through outbound calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements and show them how our products can help them to improve their patient careResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest in order to achieve sales goalsMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsManage tenders, quotations and renewals on time in full ensuring operational excellence for your focus customers.About youInside Sales experience or Field sales experience in medical device industry.Languages: Spanish and Catalan (native); English proficient.Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong analytical skills.
