Waagenet, the e-commerce channel of Gram Group in the german speaking market, is seeking a dynamic and capable Internal Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional fluent in German, eager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer support on our e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for customers interested in our weighing solutions, ensuring a seamless, supportive purchasing experience.As part of Gram Group, a leading manufacturer in the industrial weighing sector, Waagenet specializes in innovative and effective weighing solutions tailored for diverse business needs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry.Tasks Key Responsibilities:Provide thorough product guidance to potential and existing customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable weighing solutions for their needs.Prepare and follow up on quotations, maintaining effective communication with clients to maximize sales opportunities.Proactively enter orders and manage customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt and reliable customer support.Acquire and deepen technical knowledge of our products to enhance sales potential and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies.Requirements Requirements:Proficiency in German and either Spanish or English for internal communication.
