• Asegurar y mantener bases de datos actualizadas.
• Preparar toda la documentación necesaria para formar parte de los consorcios y programas destinados a proyectar el hotel a nivel nacional e internacional.
• Participar en el proceso de creación de las newsletters que se envían mensualmente.
• Seguimiento de la agenda de ventas.
• Colaborar activamente con las acciones de venta del hotel.
• Contactar con posibles clientes locales a través de correo electrónico para mantenerlos al día con las novedades del hotel.
• Actualizaciones de la cuenta de Tripadvisor y El Tenedor.
• Análisis de informes de Agency 360, investigación comercial, comunicación a nuestros socios de ventas.
• Preparar informe de cuentas para el director de ventas.
• Revisar los resultados en Lanyon.
• Estudiante o diplomado/a preferentemente en Hostelería y Turismo, Técnico/a superior Formación Profesional en hostelería.
• Conocimientos de ofimática a nivel usuario.
• Experiencia con PMS Opera.
• Nivel alto de inglés, castellano, catalán y valorable otros idiomas.
• Valorable experiencia en otros departamentos operativos del hotel.
