Empresa con presencial en más de 24 países, y 7 plantas industriales. La persona seleccionada, se responsabilizará de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en los países de Europa (a excepción de Francia e Italia) y Asia, conforme a la estrategia de la empresa, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos acordados. Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, aumentar la presencia en el mercado y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes y socios locales. Funciones a desarrollar:Análisis de Mercado:Investigar y analizar el mercado de FMCG del sector de la pescadería en los países del este de Europa. Identificar tendencias, oportunidades y desafíos específicos del sector. Desarrollo de Negocios:Elaborar el Plan Comercial, definiendo las estrategias, acciones y medios necesarios para ejecutarlo. Asegurar la correcta implementación y, en su caso, las acciones correctoras al mismo. Relaciones Comerciales:Abrir y negociar acuerdos comerciales, ampliando la cartera de clientes existente. Representar a la compañía ante los clientes. Realizar visitas para la construcción y mantenimiento de las relaciones con estos. Asegurar la rentabilidad de los clientes y los productos. Colaboración Interna:Liderar y gestionar el equipo de Sales Support (3 personas)Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de marketing, supply chain y producción. Requisitos Mínimos:5-10 años en puestos similares (preferiblemente en el sector sea food)Se requiere de experiencia en la apertura de mercados europeos. Dominio de inglés, valorándose el conocimiento del Español.
