You would be reporting directly to Management.Your tasks:Leading, coaching and motivating of our sales teamImplementation & development of our strategic directionsEnsures our short & long term sales & margin challengesAlways keen to improve the efficiency of the team & processes which includes to make use of the chances of digitalizationDesign and implementation of product/services launches and marketing campaignsContinuously market monitoring in order to identify future potentials and/or threatsClose contact to the team and major customers and partnersClose cooperation with the headquarter in GermanyUnderstands knowledge building as a key success factorRequisitosYour profile:Master in electrical engineering or economics but with a high verifiable technical knowledge & understandingSeveral years of leading experience in international sales of technical products/servicesFamiliar with modern methods & ideas of leadership and their implementationExperience in organizational development and change managementGood linguistic proficiency in English (at least C1-Level)Used to take advantage of the existing ERP/CRM systemsEntrepreneurial mindsetUsed to travel (national & international) within EuropeReady for a cross country collaborationExperience and technical training in electricity sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
