As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Lead Generation Ability to adapt to changing business environments Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in B2B sales or business development is a REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Compensation: This is a commission-only role with a competitive, tiered structure designed to reward performance. Earn a base commission of 10% on the revenue generated from placements secured through the clients you bring in, with opportunities to increase earnings up to 20% for high-revenue contracts. Additional performance-based bonuses include a 5% bonus for securing retained or exclusive agreements, and a 5% monthly bonus for exceeding revenue targets. This structure ensures unlimited earning potential based on your success in bringing valuable clients to the agency. Is this you?
