Overview: We are seeking a very experienced financial management and excellent analytical Operations Manager with strong business planning and analysis skills to drive and improve our organization's financial operations and financial performance. We also require experience on commercial finance matters. This position will report to the GLOBAL FP&A Exeltis Director. Key Responsibilities: Challenge the organization (@ all levels) to achieve the objectives of the company. Business Analysis of complex financial data and business operations. Consolidate data and lead the financial planning processes (comprehensive budgets, Long Term Plan Planning, Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimated). Ensure IFRS compliance by the countries. Keep constant awareness of the company's financial aspects and acting proactively to prevent material deviations. Provide to the Top Management with simplified and reliable finance information to support business decisions. Simplify proactively the process of global consolidation and reporting. Supervise and Challenge CAPEX & OPEX investments. Special focus on challenge and improving SALES EXPENSES (Gross to Net) and GROSS MARGIN (COGS and write offs). Monthly review and deep analysis of all countries' financial and business performance. P&L & Balance Sheet Cashflow and NWC Supervise financial intercompany operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Administration. Master's degree in finance, business administration, MBA or equivalent is desirable. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory. Experience: +10 years of experience in finance and 5 years as FP&A or BPA Sr. Manager or Head. Specific Knowledge: IFRS, SAP (implementation experience will be a plus), knowledge of the pharmaceutical business, and BPC (will be a plus). Travels: Low frequency. Personal skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, influence skills, strong analytical skills, fast learning, adaptability to changing situations, proactive, very revenue management oriented, able to make decisions taking calculated risks, straightforward, pragmatic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
