El rol: Buscamos a un Sales Team Lead para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial. Serás responsable de liderar a un equipo de 8 a 12 asesores comerciales, siendo tu principal misión el garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo.
Esta posición es ideal para ti si tienes unas excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, una sólida ética de trabajo y un demostrable historial de éxito en posiciones de liderazgo en equiposcomerciales.
¿Cuál será tu misión? Gestionar un equipo de 8-12 asesores comerciales Cualificar y asesorar a potenciales clientes sobre la forma más beneficiosa de mejorar el marketing digital de su empresa en base a su situación y necesidades, con el objetivo de que contraten los servicios de ORBIDI. Realizar seguimiento a potenciales clientes hasta la contratación los servicios. Utilizar y mantener actualizado el software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM) para gestionar los clientes potenciales y las actividades de ventas. Proporcionar feedback y proponer mejoras del proceso y discurso comercial. Lo que te hará triunfar: Experiencia de 2-3 añosgestionando equipos comerciales Experiencia de 2-3 años en ventas por teléfono. Altas competencias en software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM). Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales. Conocimientos en Marketing Digital. Conocimiento de técnicas y estrategias de venta. Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y negociación. Gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas. Lo que te hará destacar: Experiencia demostrable consiguiendo objetivos comerciales. Experiencia previa en agencias de marketing digital, empresas de digitalización o SaaS. Desenvolverse cómodamente trabajando con ordenador y herramientas digitales (CRM, etc). Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad al cambio. Ganas de aprender y crecer en el área de las ventas. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido Bonus basado en el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo 23 días laborales de vacaciones. Oficinas modernas en Sant Cugat, frente a la estación de tren. Teletrabajo: 2 días a la semana. Jornada intensiva en Agosto y todos los viernes del año. Formación continúa en producto y técnicas de venta. Actividades de teambuilding, celebramos días especiales como el "Pizza Day" y
organizamos salidas con los diferentes equipos.
