Head Of Sales – Iberia Barcelona

Reporting to the General Management of the company, the mission of the position will be to maximise the occupancy of the company's coworking centres, through rapid marketing, being responsible for the profitability of the business by proactively seeking and closing deals, as well as managing the sales team in each area. FUNCTIONS Supervision of all commercial operations of the centres located in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Andorra and Lisbon. Definition and monitoring of monthly sales targets for the team of centre managers in order to achieve the company's global objectives. Weekly and monthly control and reporting of reports in accordance with the established KPI's. Opening corporate accounts with national and international clients on a proactive basis. Responsible for campaign strategy and analysis with general management. Regular contact with brokers to boost demand traction. REQUIREMENTS Person with experience in sales, preferably B2B. University degree in Business Administration and Management o Additional training in sales is an asset. Business knowledge and ability to prioritise the profitability of the income statement. Experience in lead/demand/prospect generation, both online and face-to-face. Experience in strategy, negotiation, reporting and sales team leadership. Level of English Knowledge of Portuguese would be an asset. Availability to travel on a weekly basis is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
