Cryptonix is a young and ambitious company in the cryptocurrency payment processing industry. With a focus on the growing Latam market, we are on a mission to simplify and optimize the way businesses handle digital currency transactions.

Position Overview:
We are looking for sales managers and head of sales, who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and market expansion in the fast-evolving world of crypto payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Latam market, ensuring revenue growth and market dominance.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Latam cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to adapt and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Report directly to the executive team, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, with an understanding of the cryptocurrency and fintech industry.
- Experience in the Latam market, network of valuable connections will be a benefit.
- Communication and negotiation skills.

Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos buscando gerentes de ventas y jefe de ventas que desempeñen un papel fundamental en impulsar nuestro crecimiento y expansión en el mercado en constante evolución de los pagos con criptomonedas.

Responsabilidades Clave:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia integral de ventas adaptada al mercado de Latam, garantizando el crecimiento de ingresos y el dominio del mercado.
- Identificar y construir relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, socios y partes interesadas en el ecosistema de criptomonedas de Latam.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de la industria y la dinámica del mercado para adaptar y refinar estrategias en consecuencia.
- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para mejorar las ofertas de productos y la experiência del cliente.
- Informar directamente al equipo ejecutivo, proporcionando conocimientos y recomendaciones basadas en datos para mejoras continuas.

**Requisitos**:

- Historial comprobado en ventas, con comprensión de la industria de criptomonedas y fintech.
- Experiência en el mercado de Latam; una red de conexiones valiosas será beneficiosa.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
