Buscamos una persona competente para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
Un gestor en el canal contract que garantice la relación de la empresa con sus clientes más importantes y estratégicos.
El objetivo es contribuir a hacer crecer las ventas para lograr el éxito a largo plazo.
Local de trabajo: Madrid Responsabilidades ·     Forjar relaciones de confianza con una cartera de clientes destacados en el canal contract para garantizar que no se vayan a la competencia.
·      Adquirir una comprensión profunda de las necesidades de los clientes relevantes del canal contract.
·    Crear relaciones con clientes relevantes del canal contract proponiendo soluciones para que alcanzar ambas partes sus objetivos.
·      Servir de enlace de comunicación entre el cliente clave y los equipos internos de COMPAC.
·    Resolver cualquier cuestión o problema al que se enfrente el cliente y atender las quejas para mantener la confianza.
·     Ser parte integral de la generación de nuevas ventas que se conviertan en relaciones duraderas.
·  Preparar con regularidad informes de progreso y previsiones para las partes interesadas internas y externas utilizando las métricas de las grandes cuentas.
·      Obtener y mantener clientes importantes a largo plazo comprendiendo sus requisitos.
·      Asegurar el máximo número de proyectos en el canal contract dentro de su territorio.
·      Alcanzar los objetivos de venta.
·    Tener conocimiento amplio sobre todos los productos y servicios ofrecidos por COMPAC y promoverlos según la estrategia de la empresa.
·    Formar e informar al cliente sobre el uso de los productos COMPAC, así como sobre los nuevos productos y servicios proporcionados por la compañía.
·      Promover la imagen de COMPAC en el canal contract.
Requisitos: ·      Titulación universitaria ADE, Marketing, Comercio, o similar.
·      Habilidad para entender y analizar las métricas de desempeño en ventas a través de un software CRM.
·      Idioma del país.
Valorable conocimientos de inglés y/o español.
·      Excelentes habilidades para comunicarse y hablar en público.
