Para multinacional dedicada a la fabricación de sistemas de movimiento eléctrico para automatizar todo tipo de equipos industriales, médicos y de confort: actuadores eléctricos lineales, columnas elevadoras, motorreductores y tecnologías relacionadas; buscamos Key Account Manager con experiencia en el sector industrial, para España y Portugal, para proporcionar soluciones innovadoras, incrementar las ventas, conseguir los objetivos marcados dando soporte técnico, directo y de calidad al cliente.Las principales funciones serán:Apoyar a los clientes existentes del sector INDUSTRIAL en su país de ventas (España y Portugal) y mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.Adquisición de nuevos clientes en el mercado Industrial. Prospección, captación, gestión comercial realizando un análisis permanente del mercado; visitas a cliente profesional, venta B2B.Identificación proactiva de nuevas oportunidades de negocio e implementar estrategias, a medio y largo plazo, para atraer a nuevos clientes.Gestor del proyecto: realización de presupuestos, análisis de las operaciones y cierre de ventas. Definir soluciones técnicas con la oficina de ingeniería en Taiwán, realizar cálculos y cotizaciones y dar seguimiento a pedidos.Acompañamiento al cliente en el ciclo completo de venta: preparación de la oferta, presentación/negociación, cierre del contrato, gestión del servicio.Reporting de la actividad realizada.Representar a la empresa/marca en diferentes foros/actividades con gran poder de comunicación.Se requiere:Habilidades comunicativas y de negociación, organización y planificación.Perfil orientado a cliente, a la consecución de objetivos y con pensamiento innovador.Autonomía, actitud proactiva, dinámica y con capacidad de influencia.Capacidad relacional interna y externa.Compromiso.Disponibilidad plena para viajar.Carnet de conducir.Se ofrece:Puesto estable, indefinido a jornada completa, con oportunidades reales de crecimiento en multinacional líder en el sector.Paquete retributivo compuesto de salario fijo + variable.Formación específica y de valor y crecimiento profesional.Coche de empresa.Modelo trabajo híbrido: presencial en oficina de Toledo + visitas a cliente + teletrabajo.
