We're seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and accelerate their sales career through our comprehensive training program.

As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with our sales leaders to develop the skills, customer relationships, and knowledge needed to succeed in outside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers
  • Learn effective sales techniques by riding along with experienced Account Managers
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • One to two years of sales or related field experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with team members
  • Self-governance, proactive approach, and personal accountability
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities
  • Spanish language proficiency
