A Day in the Life The Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialist will be responsible for managing sales structure, managing data content and reporting, collaborating in SIP and target setting processes, Salesforce Lightning, reporting, and analytics to support our internal stakeholders. In this role, you will report to the Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager and work closely with other Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialists in Europe.
The Sales Enablement & Excellence Specialist will work closely with the Operating Unit, Sales and Marketing team within the Business, driving analytics and reporting tools. It will be essential to provide accurate and timely data/information to the business and ensure close collaboration with our stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Becoming the local expert on the country structure setup and the key country liaison with the sales structure maintenance team to ensure the structure accurately reflects the country's situation.
Becoming the local support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Salesforce Lightning and other Sales Enablement tools. Ensure that Salesforce Lightning has adequate visibility into key data, provide training and regular reports, and work closely with the Business in driving adoption.
Supporting the target setting process with guidance from the Sales Enablement Manager.
Supporting and collaborating with the SIP process: mapping, proxy and manual adjustment, SIP metrics reconciliation, with the help and guidance of the Manager.
Being the point of contact for data-related questions within the country/region and being responsible for overall local data quality within Scope.
Collaborating with local stakeholders in your daily job to drive initiatives and help them understand reporting and tools.
Becoming an active and key member of the overall Sales Enablement & Excellence team, sharing and championing the dissemination and leverage of best practice within the wider organization. Collaborating and working closely with other Sales Enablement Specialists (Sales Analysts) in Western Europe and in Iberia.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Education: Business or Healthcare-related (medical or scientific) degree or its equivalent.
Excellent Commercial excellence or Sales Analytics/Business Intelligence experience in the medical device or Healthcare industry is a prerequisite. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to quantify financial impact of decisions and identify key factors when making recommendations.
Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others.
Fluent in English.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about the business; knowledge and experience with MDT products is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to internal meetings.
