Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customersCreate strong relationships with existing customersPlan, execute, and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries into ordersAchieve targets, business plans, and sales goals assignedMaximize financial profitability through value-based sellingWork closely with product specialists locally and principal companiesRespond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerInitiate and implement marketing and sales activitiesParticipate in promotional activities, i.E., exhibitions, marketing, and product presentationsMaintain awareness of competitors' products, pricing, and market statisticsManage and collaborate on receivables with the finance departmentSubmit sales updates, activities, and performance on a weekly basisPerform other duties as may be assignedMinimum Requirements:Preferably a Civil Engineer or Mechanical EngineerModerate experience of 3-7 yearsProven work experience as a sales engineer in road construction equipment (e.G., concrete (slip form) and asphalt paver, vibratory rollers, preferably from competitors like Caterpillar, Volvo, Sumitomo, Sakai, etc.)Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutionsExcellent written and communication skillsOpen-minded and a team playerExcellent knowledge of computer applicationsDetail-oriented with strong attention to detailCustomer relationship-orientedGood driver with a valid driving licenseJob Types:Full-time, PermanentPay:Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionPaid toll feesPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeTransportation service providedSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryCommission payApplication Deadline: 10/30/2024Expected Start Date: 10/31/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
