The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.
As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization.
The main responsabilities for this positon are as follow:
Coaches, supports, and challenges business leaders in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and direction on HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure. Advise and guide your scope in workforce planning, compensation practice, organization effectiveness principles, etc. Strategic Talent Management - You play an important role in the implementation of strategic talent management starting with the identification of talent strengths and needs. You contribute to the implementation of the strategic talent plan (succession planning, development & action plans) based on calibration results. Strategy for Employee relations: partner with a center of expertise to guide and advise local and global line managers on ER policies & processes. You will also be expected to manage grievances & speak ups if needed. Recruitment: the recruitment will be led by the talent acquisition team but you will be expected to be on the strategic part of recruitment (necessary escalations involving all parties, and achieving diversity and inclusion goals under your scope).HR Admin: The HR Services team along with the support of the internal chatbot are the focal point for the employees in the company. You will only be expected to collaborate with HR ops but not to advise the employees on admin queries. What you bring?
• Experience in a fast growing/global organization ideally including background in the tech industry.
• 3-4 years of experience as an HRBP. 
• Proven ability of managing senior stakeholders. 
• Good analytical skills & budget management.
• Fluent in English & Spanish. 
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
