HR Administrator - Human Resources Shared Services
Location: Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
Department: Human Resources
Due to exceptional growth and continuous expansion, we are seeking a HR Advisor to become part of the HR Shared Services team, responsible for the daily HR operations on a global scale. The selected candidate will report to the HR Shared Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contract management - ensure that contracts and amendments are updated in accordance with local regulations and that all necessary documentation is collected.
● HR data management - ensure that changes in employee data and absences are accurately reflected in the HRIS system.
● Staff mobility tracking - oversee and monitor all personnel movements regarding global mobility (contracts/tax with HR headquarters) and keep relevant departments informed.
● Compliance with employee documentation - conduct audits to ensure adherence to local practices and regulations.
● Long service awards and other company initiatives - manage local operations and communications related to these programs.
● Assist in the management of background screening reports.
● Address requests from local authorities and support both internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications:
● Strong HR background with advisory experience in a dynamic, professional services or sales environment (experience in Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory).
● Highly responsive, organized, and results-driven, consistently meeting deadlines.
● Exceptional communicator with advanced written and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
● Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable to change.
● Capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative, and collaborating effectively within a team.
● Ability to influence senior management, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
