Mass Markets is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 1 year of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) regulations, procedures, and best practices. Key responsibilities include designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, administering employee benefits, conducting market analysis, generating HR-related reports, and supporting procurement tasks. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with employees, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
