Position: HR Administrator - Human Resources Shared Services

Location: Malaga Office - Hybrid Work Model

Department: Human Resources

Due to exceptional growth and continuous expansion, we are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to enhance our HR Shared Services team. This role will be pivotal in managing daily HR operations on a global scale, reporting directly to the HR Shared Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

● Contract Management - Maintain and update employment contracts and addendums in accordance with local regulations, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
● HR Data Management - Oversee the integration of employee data changes and absences within the HR Information System (HRIS).
● Staff Mobility Tracking - Monitor and manage all employee movements regarding global mobility, ensuring relevant departments are kept informed.
● Compliance Audits - Conduct regular audits of employee documentation to ensure adherence to local laws and practices.
● Employee Recognition Programs - Manage local operations and communications related to long service awards and other company initiatives.
● Background Screening Support - Assist in the management of background screening processes.
● Regulatory Liaison - Respond to inquiries from local authorities and support both internal and external audit processes.

Required Qualifications:

● Strong HR background with advisory experience in a dynamic, professional services or sales environment (experience in Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory).
● Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
● Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
● Self-motivated, capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
● Ability to influence senior management, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
