Job Description
In the architecture of Sd Worx's enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve the Salesforce Suite and make it more user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions, ensuring users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
- Responsible for gathering business requirements, including workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and refine business user stories, sharing insights with Product Owners.
- Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and Sd Worx's business.
- Use Agile methodology to track projects and collaborate with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
- Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function correctly.
- Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Ensure minimal bugs in the Salesforce Suite and provide technical support to resolve configuration defects.
- Assess readiness to deploy each release and stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring targets are met, and create test plans, documents, and evaluate testing results.
- Check the usability of products and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems.
Requirements
- Degree holder in IT or IT-related fields or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and proactive idea-sharing skills.
- Autonomous and takes initiatives when relevant.
