Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Shared Services team. As a key member of our global HR team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Ensure contracts and addendums are up-to-date with local legislation and that all required documents are requested.
- HR Data Management: Ensure employee data changes and absences are accurately recorded in our HRIS system.
- Global Mobility: Manage and track all staff movements, including contracts and tax with our HR HQ. Keep relevant departments informed.
- Employee Documentation Compliance: Perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices and legislation.
- Employee Recognition and Engagement: Oversee and manage local operations and communication for long-term service awards and other company initiatives.
- Background Screening and Compliance: Support the mitigation of background screening reports and respond to local authorities' requests.
- Internal and External Audits: Support internal and external audits as required.
- A solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast-paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential).
- Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language is a plus.
- Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to influence senior management, confident, and able to gain credibility.
