Every member of our "A-Team" has an instrumental role and impact on the success of Acronis' innovative and growing business, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, global teams and thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Make a territory analysis and plan for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement.
Enable new partners' growth with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs.
Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Assist partners in selling Acronis services to their existing customer base and attract new customers.
Help partners retain their existing customers.
Train new partners with existing and new products.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side.
Support new partners daily on business and technology development.
Engage Acronis Solution Engineers and Technical support teams.
Key KPIs: Incremental revenue from the managed list of partners, incremental growth in the consumed revenue, and incremental growth of security-related revenue.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Equivalent industry experience.
Channel sales or partner account manager experience within a software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry.
In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
Native/fluent English (additional French would be an advantage).
