Together with the rest of the team, you will be our first point of contact for all employee queries across the business. You will be in charge of Onboarding new team members across the business and supporting them understanding their path at Ukio through our mission, values, benefits and processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys connecting with people and is brilliant at communicating with international teams.Reporting directly into the Senior People Operations, you'll be the go-to person on the ground for all employees across Ukio. You will ensure an aligned and consistent approach to people operations across the business, delivering exceptional results against the People Team strategy and goals.Responsibilities |Manage and execute all administrative steps to enroll new employees at any Ukio location.Work with the People Team to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
