Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll processes in multiple European locations with the support of an external provider.
- Manage the global employee ticketing system, handling requests such as employment contracts, absence, benefits, and payroll.
- Oversee all processes and requests within Workday, our HRIS.
- Own and continuously improve processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation initiatives.
- Manage projects in various People areas, including introducing new tools and processes.
- 2-3 years of experience in People Operations or Payroll.
- International payroll management experience and familiarity with labour law and payroll regulations across Europe.
- Experience with the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and off-boarding.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English.
