The Job

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEO & Paid Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SEO, keyword research, article writing, on-page and off-page SEO, and managing paid campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.

This role requires expertise in A/B testing, ad copy creation, and the ability to utilize tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for content creation and optimization.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Write high-quality articles and web content optimized for SEO.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
- Create compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Provide regular reports on SEO and paid campaign performance, along with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SEO, keyword research, and article writing.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Expertise in A/B testing and ad copy creation.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A track record of achieving measurable results and driving growth through digital marketing efforts.

The Profile:

- You have at least 3 years of experience ideally in Performance Marketing or SEO/SEM within Marketing.
- Can work alone remotely and fully focused on this job. Please do not apply if you are someone looking for multiple jobs.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
