El Medical Representative (Hospital Sales) es responsable del desarrollo de ventas y la introducción de productos en los hospitales del territorio asignado. Reportando al Gerente regional de área la persona seleccionada planificará y ejecutará las estrategias de desarrollo y negociaciones con los clientes claves como Urgenciólogos, Traumatólogos, Medicina Interna, Enfermería y en algunos casos Farmacia Hospitalaria y otros gestores Hospitalarios, especialmente pero no apenas en el área de Trombosis. Siendo altamente valorable cualquier experiencia previa en Trombosis, Dermatología, Alergia, Gastro, Digestivo, antibióticos hospitalarios, Oncología o regional.

Las responsabilidades claves para este rol incluyen: 
Planificación y gestión integradas de las cuentas hospitalarias asignadas implementando los procesos comerciales diseñados para el logro de los objetivos de ventas que la dirección le marca en la zona geográfica asignada. Promocionar y presentar los productos y las soluciones de la empresa, de forma articulada, así como reforzar la imagen de Viatris en los pilares de acceso, colaboración y liderazgo . Seguimiento y fidelización de la cartera de clientes , desarrollando la relación con clientes claves (KOL's), sociedades científicas y otros regionales. Facilitar formaciones y programas de utilidad de forma presencial, online o en remoto . Presentación (y de informes sobre la implementación de las actividades comerciales ( CRM Veeva y otros) Seguimiento de las actividades y condiciones de la competencia ; inteligencia competitiva en general  Elaboración de propuestas comerciales y negociación de las condiciones Resolución de incidencias dentro del desarrollo del proceso de venta. Comunicarse y colaborar eficazmente con otras funciones dentro de Viatris: Marketing, Ventas, Digital, Comex, así como el Departamento Médico y el Servicio al Cliente. Ser un en compliance y en las políticas de Viatris. Los requisitos mínimos para este rol son:
Formación mínima: Grado/licenciatura Universitaria. Siendo altamente valorable cualquier formación relacionada con ciencias de la salud. (Químicas/Farmacia/Biología). Experiencia mínima: 2 años en ventas en el canal hospitalario. No se consideran candidaturas con experiencia en Farmacias. Se requiere nivel de inglés intermedio. Buenas habilidades de comunicación, habilidades de negociación directa con el cliente. Facilidad para las relaciones interpersonales. Excelentes habilidades analíticas .  Fuerte orientación al cliente  y motivación por los retos comerciales. Conocimiento paquete Office, Power BI, CRM (Veeva) . Persona dinámica, constante, responsable y con capacidad de trabajar de en equipo.  Carné de conducir.  Imprescindible residencia en alguna de las siguientes regiones: Disponibilidad para viajar (70%).  Viatris es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
