More than a job it's a way of life.That's why we work together as a team made up of talented and passionate people, collaborating, supporting and complementing each other.We are one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.Job PurposeCoordinate crew control activities (day-to-day operations, from day-4 to day 0),and crew travel activities (hotel and transfer), on assigned work shifts, of crew members, of all flights operated globally by Vueling, in accordance with the current regulatory framework, applicable collective agreements and the guidelines of the Manager Crew Operations, in order to ensure that each flight departs legally, safely, provides an optimal utilization of manpower, and with the minimum needed crews, with no delays or cancellations.Main AccountabilitiesTo keep the crew roster updated, cover operational needs and solve incidences that could generate a lack of crew, and ensure that each flight departs legally, safely, provides an optimal utilization of manpower, and with the minimum necessary crews, with no delays or cancellations.To ensure that crew members are at their assigned bases on time and without waitings.To ensure service level compliance.To ensure that all daily functions and tasks are carried out correctly and in accordance with established regulations by the team, and to keep the team focused on the operation.To anticipate problems and prioritize tasks.- To prevent them from happening again.- To make the department managed a better place to work.Main Responsibilities - TasksCoordinate crew control activities (day-to-day operations, from day-4 to day-2, and from day-1 to day0) on assigned work shifts.Coordinate crew travel activities (hotels and transfers, from day-45 to day0) on assigned work shifts.Ensure all positions have an active company phone, monitor the call center screen, ensure that all team members arrive on time and that all positions are properly filled (making changes if necessary).Supervise the tasks of the crew control and crewtravel team during shifts, and support them by answering questions, solving doubts, explaining concepts or any other support needed.Ensure and supervise the status of crew situations and all the actions planned by the team and change the plans or take action if necessary, always thinking about the correct prioritization.Plan corrective actions for operational incidents, analyzing their root causes.Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company
