Spain Sales Operation Intern

Responsibility: In charge of customer Credit Management, including credit risk evaluation, credit account management etc.
; Manage regular AP&AR reconciliation; Support Supply Chain Financing and L/C business operation, especially in sales risk management; Support country/region Sales manager with planning and monitoring of budget, including budget application and payment status, allocation budget in sales channel etc.
; Identify the product profitability by analyzing product sales performance and financial analysis model to support local business development; Organize and manage monthly business performance analysis review; Cooperate with relevant teams to support regular sales operation; Other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements: Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study; Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months; Proficient in Spanish and Chinese; Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel; Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels; Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date; Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign Three Parties Internship Agreement.
