The Role We have highly ambitious goals for our partnerships team: we are building a key revenue source for the company
As a Partnerships manager you will be the #1 employee in the partnerships team.
You will be joining the partnerships business, primarily distribution partnerships, focused on referral and reseller partners. You will be the responsible of the end to end sales process: defining the partnerships strategy, working very close with the marketing and product team, finding the first partners and enabling and managing the business relation with them. Also to hire and set up goals for your team. What Will You Be Doing Define the partnerships strategy to achieve the companies revenue goal (which type of partners to go after, how to attract them, how to manage the relationship with them, etc.). Reach and convince potential partners to join the company partnership program. This involves convincing C-Level and VP-level Executives to join our partner program (need to be able to outline opportunity of becoming a Partner, building a P&L of the partnership, creating a joint business plan). Train partners on how to effectively distribute the offer (i.e. utilizing solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close). Help partners on their first or most complex deals. Create, maintain and review recurrently joint business plans with partners. Hire and develop a top talent team to help you achieve the companies partnership revenue goal. Manage your team: define monthly quotas, manage performance. Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied partners and customers. Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities in order to help prospects through the purchase decision. Ensure a smooth transition of customer relationships from partners to our Customer Success team. Collaborate with marketing team to define an effective inbound marketing campaign to attract partners. Your Profile You are fluent in English and Spanish. 3+ years experience working in a sales position. Have experience at Sales in SaaS partnerships with Software distributors, consultancies or Travel industry. PMS (Property Management System) experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated excellence in digital presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging. Demonstrated analytical skills to assess together with potential partners the economics of joining the ecosystem.. Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred. Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required. A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction & team work. Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated.
